The terms covering use of wpdeeply.com/, the plugin and paid plans.
By using wpdeeply.com/, the WPDeeply Risk Monitor plugin or any WPDeeply service, you agree to these terms. Questions: legal@wpdeeply.com.
The service
WPDeeply provides vulnerability information, a WordPress plugin that compares your installed software against that information, and optional paid monitoring and security services.
What WPDeeply does not promise
- That every vulnerability affecting your site is known to us or to anyone.
- That your site will not be compromised. No security tool can promise that, and one that does is lying.
- That every finding is accurate — matching has documented limits, described on the methodology page.
- That third-party information we aggregate is complete or current.
The information on this site is provided for your own assessment. Acting on it — updating, replacing or removing software — remains your decision and your responsibility. Take a backup first.
Acceptable use
- Do not use WPDeeply information to attack systems you do not own or have written permission to test.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell the vulnerability data or plugin profiles.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to it.
Paid plans
Pro and Agency plans, once available, are licensed annually per licence rather than per site, and are not exclusive or transferable. Prices exclude VAT, which is applied at checkout under the applicable rules. If a licence lapses, the plugin continues working as the free version. See the refund policy and licence terms.
Services
Audits, cleanups and emergency work are quoted individually and require access you are entitled to grant. We may decline or stop work where access is insufficient, where you refuse necessary patching, or where the engagement would require acting unlawfully.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WPDeeply is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost revenue or business interruption arising from use of the site, the plugin or the information published here. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Intellectual property
The plugin is licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later. Site content, branding and the plugin profile database remain the property of WPDeeply. Third-party vulnerability records remain the property of their publishers and are attributed on data sources.
Changes and termination
These terms may change; material changes will be dated on this page. We may suspend access for breach of the acceptable use rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s place of establishment, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Last updated: 8 August 2026.
