WPDeeply

Support

Getting help with WPDeeply Risk Monitor.

Documentation first

Most questions are answered in the documentation — installation, reading results, and the four problems that account for nearly every support email (renamed plugin folders, forked plugins, hard-coded version headers, hosts blocking outbound requests).

Plugin support

Bug reports and questions about the free plugin: triumphoid@proton.me, subject line “Risk Monitor”. Include your WordPress version, PHP version, the plugin version and what you expected to happen.

False positives and missed detections

These help everyone, so they get priority. Send the plugin slug and the version installed. If it is a fork or a white-label, say so — that is usually the answer.

Billing

Pro and Agency are not yet on sale, so there is nothing to bill. Once they are, billing questions go to legal@wpdeeply.com.

Feature requests

Welcome, and read honestly. The roadmap is driven by what makes a scan more useful, not by feature count. Send them to triumphoid@proton.me.

Response times

WPDeeply is a small operation. Expect a reply within two to three working days, faster for security reports and paying customers.
